The Smart-Sprayer is an optimized backpack sprayer that incorporates a range of smart & sustainable IoT technologies. It is a modern spraying tool with multiple benefits, on an economic, environmental and social level for its users.

BASIC SYSTEM PARAMETRS

The Smart-Sprayer consists of 3 main parts:

Through the application, the user monitors in real time the progress of the spray job and has access to a selection of application parameters such as:

  • The flow rate
  • The spray pressure
  • The exact location of the spray
  • The amount of spray fluid applied
  • The purpose of spraying, the formulations used, the type of nozzles and more
  • Historical spraying data

The system can perform:

  • The design of new spray jobs
  • Dosage calculation of spray liquid

Finally, the user is kept informed about the suitability of the weather for spraying through EffiSpray© application.

The Web-App

The web-app stores the spray data. By use of a tablet, a mobile phone or a computer, the user has access to features such as:

  • Spray operations scheduling. The application automatically informs the user of the ideal time to spray with a 5-day forecast
  • Data entry such as: The purpose of spraying, the area to be sprayed and the formulation to be used
  • Collect and display actual spray data
  • Reference to historical data and spray maps
